Additional Information: This walk-behind floor burnisher uses an optimal combination of speed and pressure to quickly restore the luster of floor finish. When used with Twister diamond pads, the powerful motor on this burnisher is also ideal for polishing concrete.

This burnisher uses batteries, requiring less maintenance than a propane burnisher as well as avoiding propane fuel costs, oil changes, and other repairs. It also operates quietly, has no exhaust fumes, and has lower energy costs. A smart motor controller keeps the pad speed constant for the entire battery discharge cycle while the on-board battery charger makes recharging convenient at any time. A battery tray and drain make cleanup easy in the event of a battery acid spill inside the machine.

This burnisher has a wheel-drive with a twist grip throttle that controls a drive motor to reduce employee fatigue and improve productivity. A Vac-Trac Dust Control system built into the pad motor shroud allows this machine to capture floor finish powder created during polishing, collecting 99.5% of the dust. An LED display shows the battery charge and diagnostic codes when the machine requires service. A variable speed drive wheel makes the machine very maneuverable.

This machine is designed for heavy duty commercial use with a frame made of 10-gauge steel and a housing made of 12-gauge steel. It has a 10-inch drive wheel and two 6-inch casters. A Flexiwall shield made from ABS plastic with a steel liner surrounds the pad to prevent debris from entering the pad area.
